1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@marfz.pk with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation from our support team.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.
- To request an exchange, email info@marfz.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
