At Marfz, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will replace it. For eligible size or product exchanges, the following terms apply.

Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items received after the 7-day period will generally not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product should not be washed, altered, damaged, or stained.
  • The product should be returned with its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase/order details may be required.

Size or Product Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

For normal size or product exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and checked.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, Marfz will arrange a replacement.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, Marfz will bear the applicable return and replacement delivery costs.

Please provide clear photographs of the product and the issue when contacting us.

Refunds

Marfz does not offer refunds for change-of-mind, size, color, or product preference.

Our policy is exchange only, subject to the conditions above.

If a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied and a replacement is not available, Marfz will contact the customer to agree on an appropriate resolution.
