Marfz currently delivers orders within Pakistan only.

Delivery Time

Orders are normally delivered within 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,999.
• For orders below Rs. 2,999, standard delivery charges will apply and will be shown during checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Marfz currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method.

Customers are required to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order so that the courier can successfully deliver the package.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation. We may contact customers by phone or other available contact method to confirm an order before dispatch.

Orders may be delayed if the customer cannot be reached or if the provided delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

If your order is delayed or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact Marfz with your order number and delivery details so that we can assist you.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing may be affected by the courier's operational circumstances.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be re-dispatched because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
