Marfz provides clothing and lifestyle products for customers in Pakistan. We reserve the right to update product information, prices, availability, and website content when necessary.

Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and prices are accurate.

However, minor differences in product color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, or manufacturing variations.

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Marfz reserves the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless required by law.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

Because Marfz currently offers Cash on Delivery, we may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including cases involving incorrect product information, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable products, or unsuccessful order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

Marfz is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery

Marfz currently delivers within Pakistan only.

Standard delivery is normally 5–7 working days after order confirmation.

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,999. Orders below this amount may be subject to delivery charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Marfz operates an exchange-only policy.

Eligible exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Normal size or product exchanges are subject to customer-paid return shipping.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, Marfz will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds

Marfz does not generally provide refunds for change of mind, size preference, color preference, or other product preference.

If a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied product cannot be replaced, Marfz will contact the customer to agree on an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Marfz website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, and other materials, belongs to Marfz or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.
